Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Netherlands: 7-10 business days

  • Europe: 7-10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 10 –14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10 –20 business days

Please note: delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or postal service disruptions.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers are typically active within 24–48 hours.


4. Shipping Carriers

We ship with reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, UPS, and local postal services depending on your location and selected shipping option.


5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Dilyana Art Studio is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs, etc.).


6. Damages or Lost Packages

Dilyana Art Studio is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

However, we are happy to assist you. Please email us at hello@dilyanaartstudio.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item or packaging.


7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.

  • Some items may have international shipping restrictions due to size or regulations.
